Awesome “customer experience”. Jesse hooked it up and the hold musicwas rather kickass. I guess it’s “Swing” weekend. I asked Jesse to talk with his manager after he was done with me ; “Uhh… why?”
“To talk you up, man!”
“Okay. I’ll transfer you over.” I know these jobs (by and large) aren’t amazing, so it’s always good
to get an “atta-boy” every once in a while. Apparently Jesse is
getting a free lunch out of my talk with his manager this evening.
Jesse, I’m glad to hook that up for you - AND I’m calling back to give
you another gold star because you got what I needed done (DNS assist).
